I keep making blunders and instantly realizing i messed up how do i prevent myself from making those blunders
I also see how bad my moves are only after I make them but I dont bother
You should get to the point where you realize that your move is bad BEFORE you move it. You should always blunder check your moves.
You can also review your game afterwards

Very good advice.
Sparkling-water1 usually plays 10 minute games, and he has 5-6 minutes left even at the end of long games. That's terrible time management. Use your time and think.
