I am considering buying a decent chess book.

Right now I am leaning towards buying either

A)Naroditsky-Mastering Positional Chess

B) Annotated games of Ivanchuk

C)Learn from the Legends-Marin

Any suggestions of a book?

Goosebumps!  Great book regardless of the chess help!

I would recommend Silman's reassess your chess to deepen your positional knowledge.  I would suggest doing lots of tactical puzzles using apps on your iPhone/smart phone, such as Shredder's puzzle section, and see how fast you can do them.  These can be done whenever you have a spare minute during the day... waiting in line... taking a break from work... There, I just did one while I was writing this post :)  They will increase your tactically ability.  Tactics and positional awareness, that is all chess is.  Don't bother with openings for the most part, they're not to useful until you have very strong tactical and positional ability.  So, back to your original question... Silman all the way...
