Ig you suspect someone of using disallowed resources you should report them directly to staff and let them make that determination.

I recently played someone who I suspect is a cheater, Is it okay if I share the match and y'all tell me what you think?
Is it okay if I do so, I am afraid either of us (I, and the opponent) will get in trouble
