Tag team blitz

Every year friends and family members play what has become known as a "nerdfest".  Usually interactive computer strategy games are played all throughout the household.  I never seem to get anyone into chess. But, I just hear of this tag team blitz chess where two people per side and clocks are used. Does anyone know if this is fun? Does anyone know what time control is best?

Sure.  It's called bughouse, and it's a hoot!  Usually it's 5 minutes per side.

Yeah, I'd think it would be fun. I'm surprised this isn't brought up in real chess tournaments. It would enhance viewership and attendance. Magnus is the singles champion of the world, but who are the tag team champions?
