Presumably these are invitation sent to the entire group? Or the admins could consider using a list sorted into rating order to select the appropriate subset.

I have a request to all (super)admins. If you invite team members for a new team match, please mention the elo band, if there is any. So "Team match X against Y 1500-2100" or something like that. I receive many invites and often I cannot join because I am out of the set elo-parameters....

Another possiblity is, that chess.com adds the elo span in the messages.
