The Analysis won’t work

I am using the chess.com app, and whenever I try to analyze a particular game, it just freezes. Does anyone know why or encountered similar problems?

If you're on the iOS app, 4.2.25 was released with a fix for that issue.

I updated and still doesn’t work.

Try clearing the app cache.

I'm on an iPad so had to look up how to do that. Tried a couple of suggested ways but they didn't work. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and that didn't work either.

You might try a full app uninstall and reinstall

Log into your account in a browser on a computer and play some games and analyze some games, then see if it starts working on the app. I’ve had weird stuff happen that got resolved when I logged in on a browser.

i have not been able to review my games. i contacted support to get help resolving my issue and they have not given me any feedback.

Are you able to run the reviews from your archive?

Works on my laptop but not my iPad. Just inconvenient because it used to.
