I don't get it - did this go from the mock insult thread into the pretend to be a Canadian thread?
I think we should get back to basics... like stating reasons why this thread rocks
I'll start:
1 - It was written by me
2 - Rael has posted more than twice
Aha! And so you reveal your dastardly scheme. By using the title "The best thread ever" you cover the angle of initial draw - since, but of course, everyone simply must click on a link that obnoxiously sure of itself.
Then you implement the reversal - see? you say, look it was satire and sarcasm all along, look at how I shall delightfully lampoon the irritating ways other threads use to draw in posts while disguising the fact that, I, too, wish to do the same.
Ah, but then, what takes form? The denizens come trickling in, nymphs and satyrs all playing posts from so many pan flutes and the thread takes life, grows like a vine, you riped the grapes and produce the wine and then - voila! perhaps, just perhaps, "The best thread ever" might just become the best thread ever. Then there would be jubilation in the streets.
Your secret hope all along, betrayed by your slip of enthusiasm.
Hahahaha.
It's really about the "bait and switch" -- the title is "Best thread ever", which on the surface appears obnoxiously sure of itself, but once you've clicked you find that it's actually a formula to make your thread the best thread ever.

the point is, there is no point in this forum (except some narcist and satyric speaches, that comfort ego(s)). I said this, many others did (in particular Rael).
for a german, you use a lot of words, that are either unknown to me , or I would never use them. (I suspect the first group of words then falls into the second category, too).
