The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount. The vast majority of games and players are clean.

So I looked over my rapid games and it turns out, that about 5% of people I played against were banned because they were cheetos. That is only the number of people being caught and I suspect that the actual number is significantly higher. They should really do something about that.
