My experiences:
214 games of rated online correspondence: Nothing at all to complain about.
200+ games of unrated online correspondence: Nothing at all to complain about.
702 games of rated LiveChess: Zero abuse but maybe half a dozen who timed-out rather than resign (no biggie!). I also have played about three players who talked so often that they distracted me (my fault, should have disabled chat when their tactics became obvious).
This is a good site with a clientele that is mostly very well behaved (much better than other sites I tried).
Stick with it.

Hi there,
My best friend just taught me to play and helped me sign on to this site.
I've been playing here for less than 3 hours and already had in-game bullying and someone harassing me and making sexual inuendo. Not nice. So now I know how to close chat boxes, delete my personal profile, and ban someone from sending me notes or email.
Please, please tell me this was just bad luck. Or is there more of this to come? C'mon fellow chess players, give me some faith.
