Took me a while but I realized I have to think of blacks last move which was probably e5 then en passsnt check mate. Right? I seen a puzzle like this before
You cannot speak of a last move in an illegal position. As no legal game is possible, you know for sure that somebody cheated on the rules. For instance - white just played and now attempts to play again while it's actually black's move!
