Yes. Those 175 points were in FIDE OTB tournament 90'+30" time control.

Great tips! When i started playing i was ok at best and then I joined the local club and my teacher there emphasized endgames, lots of endgame practice. His philosophy was if you know how to win endgames you will focus more on playing for a favorable game...I took a long hiatus from chess and am now getting back into studying more to improve upon my game again. These tips are helpful. Thanks
