Thread Resurrections

I wonder how long lived this thread will turn out to be
how long a piece of string is

lol
Did your "resurrect this thread" timer go off?
Yes, I didn't want to risk forgetting after the holidays and have it slip off never to be resurrected again

This site has by far the weirdest threads to get necro'd vice the many other forums I've participated in.

What would be the equivalent for the 'death of chess': a fused lump of plastic?

don't worry, artfizz is very good at this.
That's true, I should have more faith in him :)
I'll sit on my hands for next time to let someone else get it.
BTW, great res pic, the phoenix, wish I'd thought of that one.

Is that Bobby Fischer's exhumation?
haha, thats hilarious, this comment with that picture.
Too often I see a thread appear, after thinking it had died, with someone commenting "lol" or "yeah" at the bottom - months after the last post.
How do they find these threads? How do they miss that the conversation is over and all the dates are from ages ago?
Is this a common "problem"?
hilariously ironic. of course, i am giving you the benefit of the doubt and assuming you had this planned for two weeks. well done.
