If ur tilting just take a break. if u've lost like 5 games in a row go do something else and come back.
Ur not a titled player, chess isn't ur career, there's no reason u have to sit there for hours constantly playing.

u think so eh? so what if im not a titled player? do titled players get everything? no, they don't, also you can't like become a titled player like that, it takes time. well im pretty young tbh so im probably gonna get NM one day
Oh yeah I forgot how u can only play chess competitively when ur titled. I guess I will have to become NM before I play chess again lol

And what does not being a titled player hafta do with playing for long amount of time
The point is that for most people chess isn't their job or career, so it's not logical or necessary to continue playing when ur on tilt.
