I've seen this happen to GrandMasters - it might be your ISP or it might be a connection issue - stuff happens. It could be a routing node between you and chess.com too. Just try and do everything that you can on your end. Hopefully it's just a one-time problem.

A connection to your local wifi doesn't mean that the chess.com client isn't having problems connecting to the Live server process. A lot of things can cause issues, but the following links have information that can minimize issues.
