Average time is to high to play tournament,however you let higher rated players play in the lower tournamments.

I always felt that you shouldn't be allowed to enter a tournament if your highest rating is 100+ over tourney.  But hey, that thread died lol.

I think I understand the OP, but, it's awful hard to parse, that's for sure.

That said, roundyracer, there is absolutely no need to treat others the way you did. He simply asked for clarification when he was confused. I would expect a 64 year old to have lived long enough to have learned respect for other people by now.
