How do I get my timeout ratio below 10%?

play more games which you dont time out on. As you finish more, the ratio will drop. In your case, you probably only need 3 games to reach 9%

Okay, I have a question about statistics and stuff. Where are my statistics? I can't seem to find them-and I need to know about my  time-out ratio as well...?

They are at the right of your ´Online-Chess´-screen. When you are Premium member, like i am NOT, you get more stats, by the tab Stats
