Tips For Being Black?

Chess is a fair game. The two sides have the same pieces, symmetrically placed on the board.I like the fact that it doesn't matter what my opponent's age and social status are.I can win the richest man in the world and lose from a 10-year-old child.Starting first is not not always better than waiting. It depends on how you use either situation to continue.I think that lessons for beginners give the impression that white has the advantage, because they show most diagrams from the white side, thus beginners develop the habit of thinking "white".

Thank you weballergy for the article. What is the Fischer random mentioned in it?

Judge,

my 34 years of play, and nearly 1000 point rating difference obviously count for nothing, I bend my knee to a lowly rated schoolboy: Yes black has the avantage.

There is nothing anyone could teach you about chess.

 "

i did not say black has "the" advantage.i said black has "an" advantage.there is a difference.

and, mind is in the head, not in the age.

there are 14 year old GMs and 14 year old people who fall to checkmates like these:

My two games.

Both of them I am white, but in black I do not have any games I won real good.Mostly wins by simple traps.(I once made a fried liver reversed without d4 so i won a rook!)

I'm mainly a White piece lover, but I know to be a good Chess player you need to be atleast decent with both colors.  Now my game with Black has improved, yet I'm still uncomfortable with Black.  So, yeah, any tips, and what would you say would be the easiest, yet effective opening for Black?

Against 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 I'd suggest playing the Petroff Defense Nf6 solid as a rock!

Your opponent obviously played f4 in order to protect his knight and completely forgot the reason why he played f3 before.Good for you!
