Today we start with the US Championship. It is also exactly 49 years ago that Bobby Fischer mopped up the last game against Petrosian in the Candidates match. He was the first player the ever beat Petrosian 4 games in a row and he went on as we know to become the World Champion and an icon in Chess.
I thought it would be thematic to share that game here.
