Tilt happens to all of us, yesterday I lost 70 bullet points and then won it all back.
The only thing you can do is rest for a day or two.

One day I got 2035 elo in rapid and then the other day I lost nearly 200 elo in rapid. Back then I got a little sad, but I now I feel ok

Don't worry, it happens.
To get rid of tilt what I do is pretend aliens have invaded and all my opponents are aliens.
You have to get 10 wins before the aliens or else earth explodes.
I never tilt when the fate of earth is on the line 🧠

I lost over 400 rating points....at lower levels seems like mostly cheaters too.
One of my rules is to never go right into another game after a loss, always take a break, 1 hour minimum, it seems to really help.
Lost over 130 rating points and every game I lost was for a blunder hese days I cant enjoy chess I am just gambling rating points so I might take a break for a day or 2
