1. You have a low rapid/daily rating. 1000 or lower is consider as a low rapid/daily rating. Go to: https://www.chess.com/forum/view/general/how-good-are-you-based-on-your-skill-and-rating to learn more.

2. You keep trying to use those move: (and other easy checkmate/ advantage).

3. You make more than 3 blunders  in a game. 

4. Your opponent have more than +3 advantage(this doesn't count if you are making a trade or/and you made a brilliant move) . That means you lost a knight and a pawn (or something even more valuable)

5. You don't know your books and the basic of chess.

and i played a cheater in rapid so i lost my rating
