@OP: One possible way to do that would be to hover over PLAY and click Online Chess. Then, click View Players in the right pane. You should see a list of all players, sorted by rating from highest to lowest.

Why is it that only the top TITLED players are listed on the home page? I'd like to see the top players period, not just the titled players.
