Hi guys!

I am looking for topics to publish some books. I have some titles jotted down but was looking to see if any of you guys were looking for information or had problems that needed to be solved.

I would be happy to hear back from you.

Thanks!

Charles

Stonewall Attack for White....

the last decent book dealing even close to comprehensively with the theory was written about 25 years ago by Andrew Soltis......its about time someone updated the current theory...

https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/0875681654/ref=tmm_pap_used_olp_sr?ie=UTF8&condition=used&qid=1519169703&sr=8-1

or even better, a "system of systems" (aka repertoire) employing Stonewall Attack, Colle System, Torre Attact, maybe even some London System themes, similar to Soltis's attempt....

https://www.amazon.com/White-Opening-System-Combining-Stonewall/dp/B000B8UCDQ/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1519169703&sr=8-6&keywords=stonewall+attack+chess

I think something like this would be of interest (and sell well) particularly to chess amateurs and club players....Soltis got the ball rolling....now might be a good time for someone to advance it...

Stonewall advice for White can be found in Chess Psychology: The Will to Win by William Stewart.

Yes.  I have it.  The treatment of the Stonewall Attack is extremely cursory & superficial - just one game is provided, and with meager analysis.  The same is true for the rest of the book's content, i.e., superficial.  In my opinion, the book is a waste of time and money.

He has authored some superb books about all phases of the game, as well as some "lazy" ones.

I want to hug it and love it forever.

What players really need is a book about... patterns and weak structures. Example: Weak colors around king, Weak pawn chains, misplaced pieces, etc.

Maybe a book on say The Bird Opening? I don't think there are many of those around. Maybe you could give your takes on it and strategic advice on how to play it and or defend against it or go over lines etc.
