I couple of weeks ago I entered my first tournament and I have a few questions about tournament edicate.
Do I call check? I noticed no one else seems to be calling check.
If my opponent gets up from the board should I wait for him to get back before making a move? Do I tell him what move I made while he was away?
I noticed on the board next to me a man took out a chess article and started reading it mid game. Is that allowed?
Should I mark "?" or "!" next to moves on my score card?
