nyLsel, it means that you're timeout ratio is too big. If you're talking about my tournament, then I'd be happy to change that for you! :)

The default timeout limit for tournaments is 10%. Your timeout ratio is 31%.

| Time/Move: | 9 hrs 59 mins |
Your are highly likely to lose games on time and skew the outcome of the tournament.
If you do not time out in the next little while, all the timeout decisions will drop from the 90 day window.
