Which is better to study from, Yasser Seirawan’s Winning Chess series (all 7 books) or Artur Yusupov’s series (all 9 books)?

You have played 3 blitz games. So you need to ask yourself: "How serious are you about improving?"
But to answer your question. Based on the games you have played, I would go with Seirawan.
As far as I know, the Seirawan books are designed for new/improving players, whereas the Yusupov series is for more advanced folks. Can someone (Spongey?) confirm?
Is he willing to broadcast with the Chess Bras like Yasser?
Chess Bras? Is that an all-female chess team?

As long as you know how the pieces move, you can start with the first books in the Yusupov series.
"... The Series 'Winning Chess' is a good start for the beginner and players up to ELO 1600. ..."

I have to disagree. The Yusupov books are intended for a minimum 1600 ELO rated player. I’m about 1800 USCF and am finding that they are quite difficult. A beginner would learn almost nothing from them, and would much better off studying more basic material.
