All I know is "Traning" is uh not related to chess.

It's just a measure of how good you are at recognizing patterns. Look at me. My tactics rating is 600 points above my blitz rating.

Tactics is just finding the best move at a position that is already set up. It has nothing to do with getting to a good position to start out with, further and usually little to do with endgame or openings or positional chess. While tactics is a very important part of the game there are also other aspects you have to work on.
