I think trinidad will win because he's younger but Roy hits pretty hard.

who will win and why?

Roy never could take a punch and he is scared to get hit now that he has been put to sleep by Tarver and Johnson.  I think Trinidad will win because of his strength. I heard he walks around at about 180 so he will have no problem making weight. Trinidad win because Jones has lost his nerve.

tss,it was obvious that Roy Jones would beat Trinidad,if you look in the past Roy Jones went to the Heavyweight division and took John Ruiz's title,Roy Jones is physically better than Trinidad
