Why ever you say that I am discriminatory...???
I simply opened. a question to all chess players on wisdom in all its countless levels.
The most superficial wisdom relating to the correctness of certain moves or certain strategies both defense and attack.
The wisdom a little deeper relating the acceptance of defeat and the acceptance of the superior skill of our opponent at that given time.
The much deeper wisdom relating the true sublimation of the ego.
Finally, the wisdom to understand when it is really time to win a game and when to wisely decide to lose a game of chess ...
Sometimes the great sages you lose to find themselves definitively.
I hope now to have been more clear ...
So I would love to know your thoughts about all this.
Angelo
Wisdom ceases to be wisdom when it becomes too proud to weep... too grave to laugh... and too self-ful to seek other than itself...
All this is true yet in the chess world...?
