True wisdom in the game of chess.....

Wisdom ceases to be wisdom when it becomes too proud to weep...  too grave to laugh...  and too self-ful to seek other than itself...

All this is true yet in the chess world...?

Why ever you say that I am discriminatory...???

I simply opened. a question to all chess players on wisdom in all its countless levels.

The most superficial wisdom relating to the correctness of certain moves or certain strategies both defense and attack.

The wisdom a little deeper relating the acceptance of defeat and the acceptance of the superior skill of our opponent at that given time.

The much deeper wisdom relating the true sublimation of the ego.

Finally, the wisdom to understand when it is really time to win a game and when to wisely decide to lose a game of chess ...

Sometimes the great sages you lose to find themselves definitively.

I hope now to have been more clear ...

So I would love to know your thoughts about all this.

"Discriminative" is not at all the same thing as "Descriminatory".

It just means "to make distinctions".

Thank you for your clarification correct "blueemu." I ask forgiveness to all, but my English is quite poor! :-)

I obviously not want do absolutely no distinction...

The real and sole intent of the forum is to figure out how much my true wisdom and what kind of wisdom (superficial or deep) can be applied to the game of chess through our philosophy of life... through our competitiveness... through our ego... through the sublimation of the game itself......

In a large Zen Koan the most bravo archer and enlightened by true and profound wisdom, with his arrow affects not perfectly in the center of the distant target, but hits himself, because in the highest skill and wisdom the target becomes the archer himself.

and in chess?
