I posted this in the endgames forum but no luck. Anybody have any tips or tricks to pull off this mate? Anybody get one in a game?
If you are interested, I wrote about it more here: https://www.chess.com/blog/LeeEuler/2-knights-vs-pawn-mate . It goes deeper into my thought process and example games, but I am kind of stumped how to proceed if the opposing king does not cooperate.
I did pull it off once against the computer (game below) but I was definitely helped by suboptimal play. I also attached a master game below if anyone is interested.
