Unrated Blitz Game Affected W/D/L

Was told playing unrated does not affect stats, I am a fairly new player although I made this account in 2015. I played my first unrated blitz game and lost. My profile shows W/D/L as 0/0/1. I know stats don't really matter as a casual player but since I'm learning the game I will probably lose my first hundred games or so and it would just feel bad to see that on my profile. So is there an option to play against real opponents that isn't recorded?
