Unwanted resignation

No, I'm mid-game thinking about my next move and it says "[Opponent's name] wins by resignation" etc. When you choose to resign normally it asks for confirmation, but it just does it instantly.
Really? that is strange.....send an email to "help & support".....Staff here are pretty nice.....good luck!
Why does chess.com resign for me? It's happened twice midgame and it's bloody annoying!
