How do I play US Chess rated players on Chess.com? I'm a member of US Chess and have a member # and PIN?

You have to join the US Chess group/club and fill out the authentication form. The only USCF rated games are in the scheduled Live tourneys, found in a sticky post in the group forums and the group description.
