Generally, live standard ratings are lower than USCF (for example, a 1500 live standard may be a 1700-1800). There's a problem with yours though -- your average opponent rating is 1129. That makes it hard to tell. Regardless, you should be a good fit for 1200-1599.

I've recently registered in a USCF State tournament and I am a little bit disoriented on what to expect. My Live chess.com rating is around 1500, and I will be paired up with people (in the tourney) ranging from 1200-1599. The problem is that I am new to the USCF tournament format, (because I usually played in NW) and I don't have a USCF rating. Any of you out there know what to expect within a 1200-1599 range?
