These days there have been a ton of interesting debates, games, whatever novelties in these forums, and i get very entertained just by browsing through them.

for those forum scavengers who seem to remember, which thread is most entertaining?

the best are the parham attack, biggest fan of chess.com, and the phony yereslov immortal game. I think the "last one to post is the biggest fan of chess.com" is my favorite.

I checked with Rybka with deep position analysis at 10-15 ply and it said it was a draw. This was not in five seconds. This was in several different position for a few hours.

Are you calling Rybka 4 a retard?

What's wrong with my thread?

I even posted analysis.

1. I didn't specify whom I'm calling a retard...

2. There's nothing wrong with your thread, the argument is just funny. Smile

Probably "Is there anything better for me than the Parham Attack". Tons of fails to refute the Parham Attack, laughed so hard.

There's really no way to refute Qa4.

How is it any different then 1. e4 d5 2. exd5 Qxd5 3. Nc3 Qd1?

I'm not saying it's a good move, I'm just stating that it doesn't lead to a lost or hopeless position.

It evens out.

This is a game by Nakamura. He gets an even game.

"I do believe that 2.Qh5 is a playable move, in fact I had a very good position in the game, and was close to winning if I had in fact played 23.e5."

Nakamura's own words on this game.

The_Gavinator

Right, so he would've won if he didn't make a mid-game error.

I'm not saying it's a good move either.

I'm just stating that there is no so called "refutation."
