Its a bug. Report it to chess.com. Its not just that, even you dont get notifications from Group i.e. Vote Chess, Group Notes & etc.

I used to get warnings ("your move") etc., but now I never receive them for online games. Did something happen or is it on my end. I checked spam folder and nothing there and I have only upgraded to google chrome. Thanks.
