yes he did mistakes and you exploited them. i think he simply missed that 12.Qf3 loses pawn and from there it went downhill
You played quite well - you missed a crushing victory on move 21 by 21.Nd8+!! (21...Kg8 22.Be6+)(21...Ke8 22.Nxb7+)
I have lately seen that whenever a player gets outplayed it has become a fashion of accusing the opponent of cheating. Unfortunately people cannot see their own bad moves.

can someone tell me how exactly to poast my game as diagram... i get PGN and go on forum and click on the board to make a diagram but i always get picture as a result

Open you pgn file with notepad and copy the contents.
Click on the board
Select 'Game or sequence of moves'
Select 'Use a PGN file'
Paste your PGN file into the gap.
Hit continue a couple of times.
