Maybe he closed it because of the rudeness of so many people here. I'm new on this forum and some of the things I read here are really immature.
LOL, I don't think So has time to go around reading troll posts about him.
Is there another free website where mature adults can go to discuss chess? And perhaps to also play some games? There's not much activity on US Chess, unfortunately. And this place, well, I spend a lot less time here now than I did when I first joined. I used to see so many threads here than I wanted to participate in, but then I start reading and find that the trolls have taken over, with the insults and the deliberately provocative comments about race. It's really depressing.
What shocking, amazing news has just presented itself to us...
