Amazing match. I thought England were always just short of the run chase. Then there was first the great shot for 6 by Ben Stokes, followed by something I have never seen with the following 6 deflected off his bat as he was diving for the crease. Then I thought fate was on England's side. After Neesham hit 6 in the super over I thought we were again lost, only to win the cup by 1 metre with the final run out. Amazing and exhausting! A fitting end to an excellent tournament.

Agreed,the most interesting,horrifying nailbiting match ever I have seen in my life really I am so excited about this match don't know how players there controlling emotions whatever feeling sad for Guptil

Agreed even I have never seen such a deflecting 6 really feeling very sad for Guptil that deflecting six just snatched the win from Newzis sad for them 2 time back to back finalist and lost both times

England only won because they scored 24 boundaries to the 17 of New Zealand. After the Super Over, the match was actually a tie.

Yea we all know very strange rule kiwis deserve to be champion even more strange was the deflecting 6 very unfair that deflecting 6 just changed the whole result

Exactly. If you didn't enjoy that match, you are not a sports fan. It had everything. So much drama in a game that we will be talking about for many years to come. Embrace this England cricket fans and enjoy the ride. Bring on the Ashes!

Hahaa agreed I don't think we will be able to see such dramatic games again in the future this World cup finals was epic will be remembered till generations
