What Am I Doing?

well if u need to reduce blunders u have to analyse ur game urself or with someone and understand ur thought process in different phases of the game

Some days ago I was playing normally, suddenly I started to lose all my games, for inferior rating opponents, I dropped from +2150 to -2000, just in about two days. Then I realize I was tired, so I stayed two days without chess online, spleeping correctly, eating correctly, drink enough water, relaxing, studying chess (with real chess board and pieces), then I came back to chess.com to recover my honor. And that's it. I am with +2150 blitz again. I think it's all about how you are feeling (you are tired, don't play chess, if you are stressed, don't play chess; play chess only when you are calm, happy and healthy), I feel it at least. It is REAL the humor/mood influence on your game. So take a break, try to relax one or two entire days without playing online chess, go to study chess calmly (no more than 2 hours, solve some tactics and read some good chess book), take a good night sleeping, take a good breakfast, drink some water and then play chess online (more then 5 minutes, with additional seconds maybe, then slowly going to games more fast like 3/2, then 3/0, than maybe 1/0 if you like bullet, like a process).
So my question is why am I making these blunders that I normally wouldn't do these past few days?
