what are the best beginner moves.

is e4 the best start move or a different move. i think people go e4 much more then others and a wonder which move is better

For beginners absolutely e4, reason is it leads to a lot of open positions and tactics so you learn more

it depends if you want to learn more or play easy. 
If you want easy games then b3 or the london.
if you want open games then e4.
if you want very sharp tactical games then d4

Since when has d4 typically led to "sharp and tactical"? 😅

Since beginners don't know QG theory

i think just stick with e4 until you learn d4 and c4 openings

Doesn't really matter. You need to do puzzles, an hour a day on chesstempo should help. Just work out the solution before you move...then figure out why the solution was what it was.

If I'm playing white I always start with some variant of D4 and if I'm playing black then i'll try the Sicilian.

TBH we can play and you can practice any openings you want. I don't play with ego, but moreso here to learn.
