Is there is an overwhelming inequality at work in chess.com? by using the play out advantage for paying members  - meaning that in numerous games i have the upper hand and make the last move, sometimes indeed the winning move - only to lose to the play out rules - if i am wrong about this could a facilitator please direct me to the comprehensive rules governing advantages for the various levels of paying membership over  those who don't pay - it seems very Wall St to accept that a wealthier player wins through virtue of anything other than their brains

What "play out" rules? Do you mean the "Fair Play" rules- such as no using computer engines and so on?
