What are the rules for online chess here

I cant seem to find the rules for online chess (correspondence chess) here.

Can I use opening books but of course not computer analasys? How about the game explorer or looking at chess databases like chessgames.com?

You are allowed to use opening databases for Online chess, but you cannot use computer analysis.

So the tools here on this site. Book openings is ok, but what about Game Explorer?
