Generally EDM. It's hard because you have to keep finding new tracks. EDM songs don't age well. They get your blood pumping the first few times you hear them, but after that they're pretty boring.
Genuinely interesting songs are bad for my chess, because I start listening to them during the game... so I like to have a somewhat simple song with a strong beat... thus EDM.
But sometimes guitar stuff too like Polyphia or Angel Vivaldi.

Definitely edm is up there for me - and depending on the time controls I have more background type music (still edm - well more trance) for rapid, and more hyper music for blitz/bullet
I have multiple playlists preset... can only really play to music I like
