I like the colour of money.
Neither are technically colours, so... I pick ultraviolet.
Because I don't play in tournaments, most of the people I play in real life are significantly weaker than I am. As such, I'm happy taking the black pieces so that I'm forced to work for the advantage rather than having it at the very beginning.

That would be perfect! Then we could eliminate the coin toss to see who gets White, and just flip a coin to see which color goes first. 
...when it comes to chess, and since I've joined this website, I am willing to play either but learned I like being black.
I get to see what white is planning. Another thing, white starts the war so I feel justified when black wins 
white, but not by much
