It depends on the position, and your strength. For weaker players, the knight is very strong because of its forks. The knight likes closed positions. The bishop likes open positions. Actually, the knight has more style, so i prefer that, however, the raw power of the bishop can win you the game.

I like Bishops better in the opening and endgame, but knights are really annoying in the middle game.

In my opinion, they both have their pros and cons because in closed game knight is better than bishop because knight can jump over any pieces and bishop rarely can pin in closed game, but knight can fork whatever it's close game, or opened game. In opened game, like End Games (Sometimes Middle Games) bishop is better than knight because it can pin easier than closed game, and also, it can be more active than close game.
