Hello All,
I was always wondering, what happens if the opponent is only left with a king but has no place to go. i.e. all squares are blocked without the king being under a check!!!
For instance,
White has three queens positioned at a7, d1, and f1. (last move, queen to a7)
Black has the king at e8. (last move, king to e8)
Moreover, the way it plays, black plays the last move and then white follows. Then, Black has no where to go and is not under a check.
Please bare in mind that I am still new to this world.
