What has happened to my rank on chess.com?

Whenever I bothered to check, I always had some kind of rank, depending on how many games I won or lost.  Now all of a sudden it says: My rank: N/A.  What has changed?

My rank in stats show N/A too. May be something they aren't tracking anymore or something that is changing for V3?

They may be updating or something.  I have ranks for Standard (Online) and Bullet, but the percentile is listed as N/A currently.  For Blitz I have a percentile, but no rank.

Yesterday they were all present though.

hmm... thats weird. I can see that your rank is N/A, but my rank is still there...

I figured if they were updating the ranking system, everyone's rank would go away for a little while, but that doesn't seem to be the case...

Perhaps it's just some glitch in the system?  Very strange.

I have always had rankings and percentile only for Online chess and Chess960 - (never for Live Chess). The former is gone now.

it has  happened before to me and then the next day it is back

Today one of our servers hiccuped and these daily stats were lost with some other temporary data. None of the games or permanent records were affected, and the rankings will be re-generated tonight as usual. Please let us know if you still see something wrong tomorrow.

Ah, a server hiccup would explain why my game totals don't add up correctly too since I assume it has happened in the past occasionally too.

Hi Ben, am I supposed to see these statistics (rank & percentile) for Live Chess, too? I do not think I ever have.
