just got 2300 puzzle rating with only 1000 bullet and 600-700 for blitz and rapid 
2100 puzzle, ~760 rapid
Got puzzle over 2000, daily chess ~1050. I‘m bad at playing.
2172 puzzle. Actual rating 130

I am sure it used to be rare for someone to have over 2000 tactics, now it feels like everyone has.

Get puzzle rating over 2500 is not that difficult. It just takes time. It look me 7 hours to get there but i take things slow. But if someone who really tries hard, it would probably take less than an hour. I don't think puzzles and on the board ratings are that much correlated. A complete beginner can probably get to 2500 in couple days.
mine's 2k higher but i'm more tactician.
