So I'm playing games on my phone, I have full bandwidth and good signal strength but twice now the signal bar that displays in the game goes to no bars at all and the timers freeze. When I try to move or abort I can't and when I resign, it goes back to the main display and says in my game archive I lost by abandonment. Is there a bug in the game play that is affecting users on the site right now or is it something on my phone itself that is causing this? I have lost about 20 ratings points but that does not bother me so much as I can't seem to find a fix to it. Any ideas?

I'm not aware of any systemic issues but what you're describing sounds like a disconnect.
How exactly are you connected? app or website? If the app, which one and which version?
