You can make the blog anytime really as long as it is good and can hook the audience easily

I've been doing some research over the past 3 weeks regarding the All Blogs page--have not looked at forums or announcements. Based on a hunch that weekends would see the most traffic for the All Blogs page. And that the most traffic would be in the U.S., England, and other English speakers.

It seems that anytime on Friday after 6 AM and before 6 PM Eastern time is about equivalent. I see similar results on both morning and evening Friday post. I also tried on Saturday morning and achieved slightly lower views than for a Friday launch.

Have not tried any other days of the week based on my notion you want as much exposure on the weekend as possible.

I also discovered that sometime between 6 AM and 8 AM on Friday there is some spam blogger who within a few seconds posts anywhere from five to ten blogs on the "All Blogs" page. Not every week, but many of the weeks. The titles are alphabet soup, not real words. The text of each blog is usually less than twenty characters, sometimes as few as five characters. Again, they are nonsense characters or more alphabet soup. So, I usually wait until 8 AM ET (U.S.) on Friday to see if they are going to launch spam. Better to post after they get that out of their system. Otherwise, your blog may quickly disappear if people are just going to the All Blogs page and looking at the most recent posts.

For Top Bloggers none of the above appears to be relevant. And I suspect my research is also irrelevant to internal club posts.

@Jehtt, your posts strike me as somewhat immune to the question of when is the best time to post. I suggest that because if anyone searches for movie your most recent blogs pop up. You've got a great niche that may render the question moot. At least, in regard to the All Blog page. That said, if you're trying to reach new people who don't regularly think to search for "movie" when going to the All Blogs page, then my initial research indicates weekend posts, particularly on Friday, on the All Blogs page might best suit your needs.
